VANTAGEA LATITUDE

Ongoing delivery when you want us to stay involved

Latitude is one way to work with Vantagea. Use it when you want continued help operating or improving something after delivery, or when a programme of work needs a monthly arrangement. It is not the only way to start.

WAYS TO WORK WITH VANTAGEA

Start with the level of help your team needs

Some teams need help choosing the right opportunity. Others are ready to build. We scope the engagement around the work, the systems involved and the support you actually need.

Keep the first piece of work focused and expand only when there is a clear reason to.

HOW IT WORKS

The terms, in plain language

Latitude should be easy to understand before you choose it. The commercial details live in the proposal, not in a slogan.

When Latitude fits
Latitude is for customers who want Vantagea to stay involved after the first implementation, or to run a programme of work that does not suit a single fixed project. Discovery and scoped builds can happen without it.
What it covers
The written proposal states the capacity, the kind of work included and the responsibilities on both sides. That may include operational support, changes, reviews or continued delivery. It is not a promise that one arrangement covers every possible request.
How it is agreed
We agree the scope, fees, access and success criteria before the arrangement starts. If the work changes, we update the agreement rather than stretching an informal understanding.
Ownership and handover
Ownership, licensing, deployment and what happens if the arrangement ends are stated in the engagement terms. Third party services and running costs remain visible rather than hidden inside a vague subscription.
How it relates to the AI Audit
The AI Audit is a separate, bounded assessment. If you continue into implementation or Latitude afterwards, we will be explicit about how that next engagement is scoped and priced.
How pricing is set
Pricing depends on the work, the systems involved and the support you actually need. You receive a written proposal before you commit. Project based work remains available when a monthly arrangement is not the right fit.
